Since 1982, we have provided the GTA with traditional Taekwon-Do training. All instructors at our private club and four community centre locations are certified ITF black belts with numerous years of training and teaching experience.
Enrolment
All locations offers two free trial classes. Simply attend one of the locations at the designated time (beginner or all belts classes for the appropriate age group) and approach a black belt or red belt. Children's classes are from 6 to 12 years of age and all of our adult classes are for 13 years of age and older.

The Main Centre is our central location and private club. This location features World Championship-style training mats, an array of training equipment and aids as well as change rooms and showers. Offering traditional Taekwon-Do and fitness cardio programs, it has something for everyone.

Advanced Training
Once a month, the Main Centre hosts a mandatory advanced training for blue stripes and up. This training is taught by Master Caputo. Please see our Resources page for the this schedule.
